**Josh Sardam - Grandmaster Instructor**,


A native of Worcester, Massachusetts, has dedicated his life to the mastery and teaching of martial arts, combat tactics, and self-defense. Beginning his martial arts journey at the age of 14, Josh quickly developed a passion for various disciplines, earning black belts in Shodokan, Kempo, and Krav Maga. 


With over 20 years of teaching experience, his unique system of instruction focuses on practical, real-world applications of martial arts techniques, designed to work in high-pressure scenarios. Josh’s background is deeply rooted in service. 


He spent 16 years in the U.S. Army and Navy, where he became an Airborne Air Assault Army Ranger. His military career equipped him with invaluable combat skills and discipline, which he seamlessly integrates into his martial arts instruction. After serving his country, Josh continued his dedication to public service by spending 7 years in law enforcement, further honing his expertise in self-defense and tactical training. 


 As a Grandmaster Instructor, Josh has developed a system of training that draws from his extensive experience in Krav Maga, a discipline renowned for its effectiveness in real-life combat situations. His teaching is not just about mastering martial arts forms; it's about preparing students to handle threats and defend themselves in actual encounters.  Learning to control the chaos. 


 With a career spanning decades in both military and civilian sectors, Master Sardam is known for his hands-on, practical approach to martial arts, ensuring his students are not only skilled but confident in their ability to protect themselves and others when it matters most.


Matt Schmitt, 

Matt, a native of Evansville, Indiana, earned his black belt in ATA Taekwondo under Chief Master Cheryl Brice. He went on to spend five years teaching Krav Maga as a Level 2 instructor in corrections in Lexington. Currently, Matt is pursuing his certification as a Level 1 DDPY (DDP Yoga) instructor. 

Driven by a passion for helping others improve their movement, flexibility, and overall well-being, Matt himself experienced a life-changing transformation through DDPY, shedding 150 pounds and regaining flexibility he never thought possible. 

For the past four years, Matt has worked as an IT Operations Administrator. He’s been happily married since 2009 and is a proud father of two children who mean the world to him.
